GPU compatible physics packages

Are the GPU/OpenACC-compatible Grell-Freitas, Thompson, or MYNN packages available for testing?

Unfortunately, not. If GPU-enabled versions of these schemes do exist elsewhere, we don't have them available in any branch of the MPAS-Atmsophere code that I'm aware of.
