When I integrate the model, I get the error as follow:
Code:
ERROR: Error in compute_layer_mean: pressure should increase with index
And my output file stop at:
Code:
 min/max of meshScalingDel2 = 1.20978 1.52791
 min/max of meshScalingDel4 = 1.77059 3.56695
Troubles finding level 100.000 above ground.
 Problems first occur at (1)
 Surface pressure = 23.7797 hPa.
*** MSLP field will not be computed
ERROR: Error in compute_layer_mean: pressure should increase with index
I serach the forum and find https://forum.mmm.ucar.edu/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=8476&p=14458&hilit=compute_layer_mean#p14458, but I don't know exactly how she fixed the error.

My guess would be that there's some problem with your model initial conditions. Can you check that the 3-d atmospheric fields in your ICs look reasonable? What dataset are you using to produce your ICs (e.g., GFS, ERA-Interim, CFSv2, etc.)?
