(RESOLVED) ecmwf_coeffs for ds113.1 data

For the ec.oper.an.sfc, the ungrib failed.
1) How should I set the length for the sfc data?
ec_rec_len = 26214508 works for ec.oper.an.pl but not for ec.oper.an.sfc

2) where can I get the ecmwf_coeffs which is needed by calc_ecmwf_p.exe?

Note that the option "ec_rec_len = 26214508" doesn't work for all surface fields.
As far as I know, ds113.1 data are on pressure level, you don't need to run calc_ecmwf_p.exe
