WRF compile error

I am new to WRF. I compiled WRF-4.2 using gfortran 7.5.0. Please help me to find the solutions to the Errors. Thanks a lot.

I found that ./frame/module_state_description.F didn't exist in your system. Note that this is an automatically generated code, and failure of the generation of this file often indicates something wrong in your environmental settings.
If possible, please talk to your computer manage about the environmental settings in your computer.
