Hi,
I am integrating running the model for 24 hours, from 2019-05-18_00 UTC to 2019-05-19_00 UTC.
I am getting CFL errors at multiple points of time during the simulation, at 10 UTC, 13 UTC, 15 UTC and 21 UTC. But the simulation gets completed and I get outputs at 2019-05-19_00 UTC. Would it be fine to use those output files or would the outputs be erroneous? Should I try and resolve the CFL error issue and run the model again?

Please look at your wrfout files. If they look reasonable, I believe you can use those results for analysis. Sometimes the model can manage to run even if CFL occurs occasionally here and there.
