I have an external data set of biogenic CO2 fluxes which I would like to use together with chem_opt=17.
As far as i understand the user guide, I would use emiss_opt=16 and emiss_inpt_opt=16.
Now the question is: naturally, the fluxes I have are both positive and negative, depending on time-of-day (due to respiration, photosynthesis, ...). Can WRF/Chem handle these "negative emissions" correctly? Is there anything I have to consider?
