Large differences of simulated ozone using different versions of WRF-Chem

I used WRF-Chem v3.9.1 and WRF-Chem v4.1.1 to simulate O3 concentrations, but simulatied results had large differences shown in Figures. It seems the Version 4.1 gave unrealistic high O3. Has anyone seen this kind of problem before? If so, any recommendation how to fix this problem? The configurations of model were given as follows:
