Is there anyone suggest me how to fix?
When I move forward, the following errors occurred during real.exe. After creating, wrfinput_d01 and wrfinput_d02 with wrfbdy_d01, the error message displayed, but, wrfinput_d03 and wrfinput_d04 are not created. For further, I attached additional files.

starting wrf task 0 of 1

Hi,
It looks like you are running real.exe with just single processor. Since your domains 03 and 04 are bigger, you probably need to use more processors. I would recommend trying something like 36 or 64 to see if that makes a difference.

Thank you kwerner.
I tried with 36 and 64. but the machine freezes after processing for sometime. FYI, my machine only has 6 cores with 3GHz each.

Thanks for your patience. When you use more processors, does it still freeze at the same place as when you're only using 1 or 2 processors?

real.exe seems to be stopping right when it's trying to process the met_em.d02.2012-05-25_06:00:00.nc file. Can you take a look at that file and make sure there isn't anything wrong with any of the data? If you are unable to find anything wrong, will you share the met_em* files for all domains for only the first 12 hours of your simulation, so I can try to test them? Those files will be too large to attach here, so take a look at the home page of this forum for information on sharing large files. Thanks.

Thanks kwerner.
The real.exe successfully completed when I change the RAM from 8GB to 16 GB. However, wrf.exe process faces the same problem right after creating the beginning time steps.
I checked met_em.d02.2012-05-25_06:00:00.nc file but I didn't figure out any problem.
Here is the link for the file name, '12hrs_met_em' attached at Forum Uploads

Hi,
First I'd like to apologize for the long delay in response. We've been busy preparing for our upcoming code release and have gotten a bit behind in forum posts. Thank you for your patience.

I'm glad to hear you were able to get past the initial issue. As your new problem is different than the original issue with real.exe, if you are still experiencing this problem, will you post a new forum thread to ask about it? We like to keep threads separated by each individual issue, which makes them easier to search/read in the future. When you do, please attach your namelist.input file, as well as all of your rsl* files (you can package those together into a single *.tar file). Thanks!

I am still facing the issue with the same error log. My namelist.input & rsl.error.0000 files are also attached. Please help me.

Is this related to the problem that kinguEnt was posting? Are you kinguEnt? If not, can you start a new thread and provide the details, with the attached files? This will keep the threads from being confusing when others search for similar problems in the future. Thanks!
