compilation with OASIS3-MCT (v4.0)

In order to
compile WRF (latest version 4.0.1) with
OASIS3-MCT coupler enabled,
I needed to modify a couple of lines
of frame/module_cpl_oasis3.F
to make the variable "ishape"
consistent with the latest release of OASIS.

The file is attached. hope it helps,
