convert tiff into wrf compatible file

I have computed urban canopy parameters which is in tiff. I need to convert them into wrf compatible format either into binary or .nc file format. What software or process shall I opt to do this task. Pls help

Hi,
There are likely multiple programs that will assist with this. It's possible the program mentioned in this section of the WRF Users' Guide could be used, and if not, search this forum for others who have converted tiff files. There should be several posts with information that could be helpful.
