I am trying to get a regional forecast running. Have had no problems up to now, but this is a bigger region, namely Texas. As the error notes: the **graph.info.part.6" file contains less than 1064 cells. First, not sure where the 1064 cell criteria would be set for this case. Secondly, how can I circumvent this issue? The command I am using to build this decomposition file is: "gpmetis -minconn -contig -niter=200 Texas_USA.graph.info 6". Do I simply need to alter this command slightly to get 1064 cells? Any clues are welcome. TIA.

Thanks for following up to let us know you've resolved the issue! To answer a question from your original post, the number 1064 should be the number of cells in your regional domain. Essentially, the Texas_USA.graph.info.part.6 file should contain 1064 lines, each with an integer in the range [0,5] assigning each cell to one of six partitions (corresponding to the ".part.6" suffix).
