Doc bug: tot_backscat_psi defined twice on WRF User Guide/Namelist Variables page

Hello, this is report of a minor bug I noticed on Namelist Variables — WRF Users Guide documentation. tot_backscat_psi is defined twice. According to WRF/Registry/registry.stoch at master · wrf-model/WRF, I believe, the second one should be tot_backscat_t.
