EPA recomendation for WRF analysis using 5 km2 grid

Hello everyone. I am looking for the EPA recomendations of using between 3 and 5 km2 grid to make the evaluation of WRF model (with meteorological variables). I am using a grid size of the smallest domain of 1 km2.

Anyone have or know some papers about this topic? thanks

Hi,
I suppose you are seeking information about WRF verification. Please let me know if I am wrong.
NCAR DTC develops a powerful tool for model verification, including WRF. Please take a look at the website here:

Hello. yes, I am looking information about that, specifically: Standard verification scores comparing gridded model data to point-based observations.
I have a grid size of 1 km2 in my smallest domain, so my verification of the model with point based observations (land fixed stations) is in a 1km2 radio (to that point).
But I am looking for EPA recomendations (or any paper, manual, etc) of using a verification with the average results of nearest grids (betwwen 3-5 grids) to that point.

Thank you so much for the link, I will check the information.
