ERA5 variables needed to run WRF

Hello,
This is my first time running ERA5 with WRF. I have gone through the forum to understand how to use ERA5 data to run WRF. I found a pdf (attached) that has the instruction on how to get ERA5 data from NCAR RDA. The pdf says that we need all surface and pressure variables from ERA5 for running WPS. However, I came across another technical note that has a much shorter list of ERA5 variables needed to run WRF. My question is: do we need all the ERA5 variables or only the variables listed in the following Table (attached plot)? I got the Table from the technical note.
