Error during compile WRF with Intel compilers

Good day!

I try to install dmpar+smpar WRF-4.1.2 with with intel compilers (ifort/icc). I have succesfully installed jasper-2.0.10, libpng-1.6.37, zlib-1.2.11, netcdf-c-4.7.3, netcdf-fortran-4.5.2. I use Intel compilers version 19.1.217 and Intel MPI Library v. 19.
I have export CC, FC, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, PATH, NETCDF, JASPER, LDFLAGS, CPPFLAGS, but I still cannot compile executables.
These is my log file and config.

Please, can you help me?

I am sorry I cannot read your log file that contains languages like предупреждение: Неправильный ход часов. Сборка может быть неполной.
