Error running WRF case - forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred

I am trying to run a test case that downscales an individual ensemble member from the CESM2 Large Ensemble and when I run wrf.exe, I make it 15 time steps and then the model crashes for an unknown reason. I have not been able to find an answer for what this error could mean, so I am unsure if there is an issue with my CESM2-based boundary condition files, my model setup, or something else?

I attached several relevant files (available on the WRF Forum's NextCloud storage under AThompson_WRF_files.zip) and list a few notes about some of them below…

README.cesm_2036_30km.txt —> This is my workflow for creating the case.

convert_pl_TSOIL_layers.py —> This is where I convert CESM2 netCDF files into intermediate format files. I am using several six-hourly and 24-hourly average variables. I use four soil levels for soil temperature, but do not include soil moisture.

rsl.error.000 —> My wrf.exe error file. The relevant error output is as follows:

wrfout_d01_2036-09-24_00:00:00 —> I get an output file but it is incomplete.
 
If the model crashed quickly after it starts, it often indicates that the input data is problematic. Please take a look at the website here, where you can download the sample utility to convert CAM netcdf output to WPS/ungrib intermediate file formatted data (CAM2WRF.tgz).
