Error when running the real.exe

Hello everyone,
I am using wrf 3.7 and get an error while running real.exe with GFS(0.25degree):

-------------- FATAL CALLED ---------------
FATAL CALLED FROM FILE: <stdin> LINE: 1562
Assigned constant soil moisture to 0.3, stopping
-------------------------------------------------

Where did you get the GFS data? Can you check whether the soil information the GFS are reasonable?
Please also send me your nmelist.wps to take a look.
 
I got GFS from the website: https://rda.ucar.edu/datasets/ds084.1/index.html#sfol-wl-/data/ds084.1?g=20180507

And please find the attached file to see the namelist.

PS： I was told that the GFS data is update, and I need update my WPS to 4.1 version, or only get the new version ungrid.exe file. But I haven't compiled successfully yet. So I am still trying to compile now. Sincerely hope you find other good ideas to solve this problem.
 
Beginning 1200 UTC, July 19,2017, NCEP has updated GFS output. Please run WPS4.0 and later version to process GFS after that date.

Please let me know if you still have problems.
