Hello
I am using the WRF version 4.6.1 to run the forecast, I will consider the 00 hours to 8 hours of wind turbine SCADA and AWS data and forecast from the 8 hours to next 38 hours ahead,
I am using the GFS data for initial conditions, I was successfully able to run the 3DVAR, while I am trying to run for 4DVAR I am facing some issue, I have attached all the namelist files and the rsl.error.0000 error provided below.

I need the help to fix the error in the rsl.error.0000 while running the da_wrfvar.exe, If you need any additional details please let me know. I have included all the namelist files.
