Hi,

This is almost certainly failing because you're only using a single processor for this case. You will need to use several more, based on the sizes of your domains. See Choosing an Appropriate Number of Processors to help you determine a reasonable number to use.

Additionally, set debug_level back to 0. This option was removed from current default namelists because it rarely provides any useful answers, and simply adds a lot of junk to the log files, making this large and difficult to read.
