Facing issues with running longer WRF4.4.2 coupled with CMAQv5.5 simulation

Hi,

I am new in using WRF-CMAQ modeling and having some issues running the WRF-CMAQ coupled model for longer runs (5-days for now, if successful will try 2 months). I have compiled the two-way model following this tutorial , CMAQ/DOCS/Users_Guide/Tutorials/CMAQ_UG_tutorial_WRF-CMAQ_Benchmark.md at main · USEPA/CMAQ. I have been trying to use previously available WRF inputs (instead of 2018_12NE3 benchmark data which is only for 1 day run) that I used to run WRF3.8 successfully from 2018/09/30 to 2018/10/05 but when used in the new run (i.e., WRF4.4.2 with CMAQv5.5), the run doesn't work. I have vertically interpolated met inputs (wrfbdy_d01, wrffdda_d0*, wrfinput_d0*, wrflowinp_d0*) for domain 1 and using them in the new run.

Can someone please help me on this either by providing insights on what am I doing wrong/missing, directing me to the input files for basic longer run and details on how to run a coupled WRF-CMAQ model specially with new versions? Thanks!

[ps. please ignore the directory names in the trial and error document, they are not default of the model nor they mean anything special, they are for named testing purpose only]
