After setting chemdiag=1, I am unable to find diagnostic outputs such as chem_O3 in the wrfout output files of WRF-4.1.2.
I found the following answer on the forum (WRF-Chem tendency diagnostics for chemistry), and as suggested, I changed the five 'r's to 'rh' in registry.chem.
However, after recompiling, I encountered an infinite repetition of the error: "There is no 4D array named -^M," causing the log file to continuously grow. I haven't found the same issue on the forum. What factors might be causing this?
