gen_be error 127 -- for running WRFDAv4.5.1

Hi,
I have built WRFDA v4.5.1 and installed GEN_BE successfully. While trying to generate be.dat for my own domain and time using gen_be_wrapper.ksh, it is giving the error "Stage gen_be_diags failed with error 127" at stage 4. Please see attached the program and log file. It would be very kind of anyone who can help to fix the problem.
