When I try to generate my own be.dat, running 'gen_be_wrapper.ksh', it ends with error 'Stage gen_be_diags failed with error 67'.
here are the 'gen_be_wrapper.ksh' ,'gen_be_diags.log', 'gen_be_stage3.psi.log'
