How can I modify data in the met_em* files?

Dear WRF & MPAS Experts,


I would like to replace the snow-related variables in the met_em* files with values from the JRA dataset. I have processed the JRA data using Python, interpolated it to the grid of the met_em* files, and replaced the relevant variables. However, when I run wrf.exe, I encounter an error. I would appreciate your guidance on this issue. Please find my rsl file attached.

Your case crashed after 30-minute of model run.

segmentation fault in this case often indicates that something is wrong with physics or dynamics.

Can you upload your namelist.input for me to take a look?
