Hello everyone,
I’m trying to extract WET_DEP_FLUX from my wrfout files. This variable has dimensions (x, y, num_chem). As you can see, the num_chem dimension has 142 levels.
However, when I extract WET_DEP_FLUX using ARWpost, it only gives me the vertical level and time, not the num_chem levels I need.
I don’t need the vertical levels — I want to extract and plot all 142 chemical species (num_chem levels).
Does anyone know how to extract the num_chem levels properly using ARWpost or any other recommended method?
