How to Incorporate Hourly Anthropogenic Heat Emission (AHE) Data into WRF?

Hello WRF Community,
I am working on incorporating hourly anthropogenic heat emission (AHE) data into the WRF model for my urban climate simulations. I understand that in many WRF setups, AHE is typically provided as a daily maximum value, and then an hourly fraction curve (diurnal profile) is used to distribute the emissions throughout the day.

However, I have already generated hourly AHE data based on observational and model-derived datasets. Instead of using a daily maximum with a fraction curve, I would like to directly input dynamic hourly AHE values into WRF.

My questions:
  1. Is it possible to directly input hourly AHE data into WRF instead of using the daily maximum with a fraction curve?
  2. What is the best approach to integrate this data into WRF? Should I modify wrfinput, use wrfchemi, or another method?
  3. If using wrfchemi, how should I structure the NetCDF file to ensure WRF correctly reads and applies the hourly AHE data?
  4. Are there any specific namelist settings or modifications required to enable time-dependent AHE input?

I would appreciate any guidance, relevant documentation, or example workflows that could help with this process.

Thank you in advance for your support!
