How to make a difference between two wrf_output.nc files by NCL

Hi everybody

Does someone know how to make a difference between two wrf_output.nc files by NCL?
If you see this question, I am begging for an NCL script to figure out this problem.

Yonghang,

The easiest way to do this is not with NCL, but with netCDF Operators (NCO). The ncdiff function will work best for what you want to do.

ncdiff wrfout1.nc wrfout2.nc wrfout_new.nc
