How to Modify the Surface Temperature(TSK)

Dear Support,

In my idealized experiment, I added a land area with a terrain height of 2 meters and fixed soil moisture at 30%. The land surface scheme is Noah LSM, and the initial surface temperature is set to 301.65K (originally 280K in the code). However, when the model starts integration, the surface temperature (TSK) remains around 280K, which is clearly unreasonable. Could you please advise on how to modify the settings so that the surface temperature stays at 301K?

Thank you!

An input sounding is used for the ideal case em_quarter_ss. Initial temperature is derived from the sounding.
I am not sure how you modified the code to overwrite the sounding data? Also, this ideal case is not supposed to run with surface scheme.

I am running ocean simulation and replaced land surface data in the wrfrst file (e.g., HGT, LU_INDEX, TSK, TMN, etc.). After some time, the near-surface temperature and relative humidity are unusually low, which doesn't match typical conditions. What could be the issue? Thank you for your help and support!"
