Dear Colleges,

How can I derive simulated brightness temperatures and cloud-top temperatures from the available WRF model output in order to be able to compare those estimates with satellite observations? I am neither ARW-POST nor NCL user.

Best regards,
Artur

WRF doesn't output these variables directly. Please take a look at the UPP package, which may diagnose these variables. Please see
