Hi
I was running a simulation and I forgot to check if WRF was finished before creating new met_em files for use with Thomson aerosol-aware (mp_scheme = 28).
When it came to my mind, I checked rsl.error.0000 and wrf.exe was still running, it was coming close to the end of the simulation.
I aborted metgrid, and half of the previous met_em files had already been modified. But I haven't re-run real.exe.
My question is: as these files are linked to the wrf.exe folder, will this interfere with the current simulation? Should I recreate the old met_em files and re-run real.exe and wrf.exe again? Or this won't impact the current simulation, only if I run real.exe?
