I installed WRF4 in the HPC server. I did successful run for a day. But many of the basic parameters missing.

I need RH profile and surface and basic surface parameters., CAPE and CIN, reflectivity. Kindly see the attached nam list.

Hi,
It looks like this question has already been somewhat answered for you previously.

I see you are using the AFWA diagnostics option, and from what I can tell, it looks like you do have the output for
CAPE -> AFWA_CAPE
CIN -> AFWA_CIN

Regarding surface parameters,
PSFC is surface pressure
U10/V10 are 10 m winds
Q2, T2, TH2 are 2 m variables

RH is something that has to be derived from other output variables. There are other diagnostics you can use to get that, or you can do it during post-processing.
