is MEGAN v2.1 available in WRF-Chem v3.7.1?

Hello,

I know MEGAN v2.1 is available in WRF-Chem v4, and I have tried MEGAN v2.04 in WRF-Chem v3.7.1 which worked well. I am wondering if MEGAN v2.1 is supported in this WRF-Chem version?
