LCC proyection, chosing truelat 1 y truelat 2

Dear all, is there a guideline or "best practices manual" for choosing the values of truelat1 and truelat2 when using an LCC (Lambert Conformal Conic) coordinate system? For context, I am working with four nested domains with resolutions of 27 km, 9 km, 3 km, and 1 km. The finest domain typically spans less than 100 km in both width and length, all at mid-latitudes.I have attached an example file for reference. Any guidance would be appreciated!

There is no strict rule how to set truelat1 and truelat2. Generally, they can be 30N and 60N if cen_lat = 45, or 25N and 45N if cen_lat=30.
