Missing timestamps in wrfsfdda files when running obsgrid.exe

Hi, I am facing issues with missing timestamps on wrfsfdda files mainly for domain01 and domain02 (example attached) and sometimes domain03 no matter what I do (e.g., re-running WPS executables, re-downloading upper and surface obs data, re-running get_rda_data.exe, changing the nameless.oa or compiling OBSGRID from scratch). Due to such missing timestamps, my WRF4.4.2 run crashes on the first missing timestamp (i.e., 2023-06-21 03:00:00"). I am attaching my trial and error file, namelist.oa, namelist.wps, namelist.input, obsgrid.out files here. Kindly help. Let me know if any other file is needed. Thank you.

I found the solution from my lab alum, I was using multiple processors (NPROCS) to submit a slurm job for obsgrid.exe which was overwriting the wrfsfdda files (hence missing timestamps). I submitted the job without NPROCS and wrfsfdda files are having all the timestamps.
