as I want to use the output of the coarser domain for the finner domain. I used the ndown.exe option. I was able to run the real and ndown.exe. after this while running the wrf.exe the model crashes just in half a minute. I am unable to find the reason behind it. Also, I found that it runs without any problem when I put ra_sw_physics and ra_lw_physics = 0. But this won't help me to get my desired results. I am using the HPC Linux which is provided by my institute. I am using 4 nodes and each node has 24 processors. I even tried reducing the nodes but it didn't work. I am attaching the tar file of rsl.error and rsl.out and also I am attaching the wrfinput and wrfbdy file which I got after running ndown.exe. also, I am attaching the namelist.input which I am using to run wrf.exe.
