Model crashing at radiation time step

My WRF-4.6 Model is crashing at the radiation time step with both tropical and CONUS suites and for all other configurations. I tried changing radt to other values but saw similar crashing with a similar error. Any help would be appreciated.

Did the model crash at the first time of radiation call?
What is the data you used to drive this case?

I have found that the RAM was not enough to run a nested domain setup. So, I have reduced the number of nests, and the simulation is working fine. My colleague also told me that radiation schemes are computationally a bit expensive. So, either reducing the number of nests or increasing RAM are the only options for me.
And to answer your questions
1. Yes, The model crashed at the first call of the radiation scheme itself.
2. I have been using GFS data as input only.
