First I'd like to apologize for the long delay in response. We've been busy preparing for our upcoming code release and have gotten a bit behind in forum posts. Thank you for your patience.
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you let me know how you installed WRF (i.e., a serial compile, dmpar compile, etc.)? Can you also let me know the command you used to run wrf.exe - did you use a batch script to submit it to a queue?
Were you able to run real.exe without any problems?
Please attach your namelist.input file, as well as your configure.wrf file.
