NetCDF installation links not available in WRF compiling tutorial

Hi, I'm trying to download the required libraries for WRF through the online tutorial, but the links to the following libraries have expired:
netcdf-c-4.7.2
netcdf-fortran-4.5.2

Where can I find the correct downloads?

I think it should work to download these directly from the GitHub repositories for the libraries:
