OBS-nudging guideline

Hello,

I am using observation nudging in WRF. I downloaded this guideline:

In Appendix A, they suggest a website in NCAR's:
http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wrfv3.1/How_to_run_obs_fdda.html

Unfortunately, this website is not accessible. I tried to find it, but I failed.
Does anybody know the correct address of "How_to_run_obs_fdda"?

Thanks for your answer.

I also have a problem with running OBS-nudging.

I tried to make OBS_DOMAIN based on the OBS nudging guide, but I failed to run the model. I posted my error here:

Can you help me to solve this?
