If someone is interested in setting up a new localized prediction region with MPAS, does NCAR/UCAR provide any personal assistance with such a project?

Also, what part of NCAR is currently working on other localized prediction regions including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico?
 
This is a topic related to regional MPAS simulation. We do provide support for regional MPAS studies.

Most of our regional MPAS work are focused on the CONUS. However, regional MPAS simulation can be conducted over any areas.

Please see the document here, Section 8.2 of this document describes in detail how to run regional MPAS.
