I am working on calculating turbulent shear stress based on my simulation results. However, I understand that I do not have access to variables such as KM, AKMH, or MOL. Given this, I would like to inquire whether calculating eddy viscosity using ck * sqrt(TKE) is an appropriate approach when I used the MYNN PBL scheme in my namelist.input.
Would this method yield accurate results for turbulent shear stress, or are there better alternatives? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
