Problems of jiasaw-generating mesh

Hi!
I'm using python jiasawpy and mpas_tool package to create a MPAS-A variable mesh, but it seems those meshes will not function when running ./atmosphere.

The specific error is "

I have tested the uniform mesh from GitHub and find no error at all, so I believe there is no problem with model itself.
I think this error is related the buffer region between different resolutions. Are there any key points to be careful when creating a mesh?
Here attached my mesh and python scripts.
