Problems with tc.exe at southern hemisphere

Could anyone help me? I'm trying to run tc.exe for a southern hemisphere case, but although it generates a auxinput1* file, and the real.exe does not signal any problem, the wrf.exe fails. Using the wrf_metgrid2.ncl, I've plotted the original met_em_* and the auxinput1* files, and I attached both below.
As you can see, the plt_metgrid_2met.pdf shows correct lat/lon of the domain, while the plt_metgrid_2aux shows a completely different domain. Both are generated with the same namelist.input.
I'm using WRF v.4.6.

TC bogus program removes the existing tropical storm, and may bogus in a Rankine vortex for the new tropical storm. I guess this is the reason why you see differences between the two plots.

WHat data did you use to drive this case? Did WRF failed immediately? What is the error message?

Dear Ming Chen
Did you see the figures? Look the Domain of each figure, they have been generated with the same namelist. The boundaries are different, it seems that tc.exe make some mess when the vortex is located at negative latitude.

I did a quick test of TC bogus, using hurricane Lane as the example. Please see the plots of mean sea level pressure, "ERA5.PMSL.ps" is before and "Bogus.PMSL.ps" is after running the Bogus scheme. This is a case in northern hemisphere, and TC Bogus works fine.

Would you please upload your namelist.wps and namelist.input (with and without TC Bogus) for me to take a look? Please also tell me which version of WRF you use. I would like to repeat your case. We didn't do many tests in the southern hemisphere before.....

Thank you for your attention. I'm using version 4.6 of WRF and NCEP FNL analysis.
