Replace ALBEDO geographical static data

Dear All,

I am working with replacing ALBEDO geographical static data.
I have created ALBEDO raster maps for June, July and August in 2017 and converted them to binary files.
However, the ALBEDO output by geogrid.exe is very strange.

I have provided the python code for converting raster to binary and the index file. Can someone please take a look and see what's going on?
