(RESOLVED) Should I reduce domain size for a faster run, or will it change results drastically?

Hi. I'm trying to model near surface wind over complex terrain. Originally, I have set-up my e_we and e_sn to 321x361. The problem is, the clock time takes so much time. I was wondering if I will reduce this to something just a bit over 100x100, will it have a significant effect in the surface wind result? Thanks!
 
Reducing the grid numbers definitely will make the case run faster. However, I believe the setting of grid numbers should be based on what you are trying to investigate. You shouldn't randomly reduce the grid numbers only for the purpose to run the case faster. Grid numbers are related to domain and lateral boundary settings, which often have profound impact on the simulation. Please take a look at the document here for best practice of WRF:
