The most up-to-date MPAS documentation

In the tutorial this month, the lecturer mentioned that the web-based MPAS documentation is not the most recent version. The most recent version is a PDF version.
Can you point me to the most up-to-date MPAS documentation?

I think that comment may have been with regard to the User's Guide, specifically. From the MPAS-Atmosphere Documentation page, you'll see a link to the PDF version of the User's Guide in parentheses just to the right of the "MPAS-A Users' Guide" link.
