time mismatch

Hello Staff,

I recently encountered a time mismatch error while running WRF-chem3.6. After careful inspection, I still couldn't find any errors, so I would like to ask how to solve it.
I can run without the human source. Then, I checked again that the time of the human source was correct, so I'm not quite sure where the problem lies.
