Troubles with own observations. OBSGRID

I've runned OBSGRID and the obsgrid.out said that there are troubles with the first line in the obs input file.

I've use the same format that this: https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/docs/ObsNudgingGuide.pdf
