Tutorial exercice 3 (US emissions)

Dear all,

I am currently trying to run all the tutorial exercices available for WRF-Chem (available at https://ruc.noaa.gov/wrf/wrf-chem/tutorialexercises.htm)
In exercice 3, "US Emission", I can't access the input data to run the exercice, because when I click the link to these files there's an error message saying:
"You don't have permission to access /wrf/wrf-chem/tutorialexercises/exe003/Run_emiss04/ on this server."

Can someone explain me what is happening?
