Unable to sign in as Returning User for WRF source files

I am unable to sign in as a Returning User for the WRF source code page, although I signed in initially as
a New User about a week or two ago and was able then to continue as a Returning User to download WRF and
WPS source code.

What I see when signing in is an otherwise blank page with the following header:
' WRF Source Code Download: Returning Users' with no further text, while clicking on the header does nothing
and clicking on the WRF header to the left takes me back to the login page.

I am retired from the CFHT telescope and maintain my e-mail address there and help with occasional consulting.
My current interests are in using WRF to assist current staff with local wind predictions.

My question is: Have I been locked out and if so, how can I remedy the situation?
